Action Water Sports, a premier boat dealership specializing in high-quality boats and accessories, is looking for a skilled and creative Digital Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. 

As a Social & Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for social media and youtube content. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content and refine strategies to maximize results. The ideal candidate has a strong background in social media marketing, content creation, and a keen interest in the boating lifestyle. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms: Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok 
• Create high-quality content, including short-form videos, graphics, and copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience 
• Coordinate digital content and marketing efforts for multiple dealership locations, ensuring consistency while tailoring messaging to local markets 
• Oversee and guide local teams on best practices for managing their location-specific pages and digital presence 
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement, adjusting content strategies to maximize reach and interaction 
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns that drive leads and brand awareness 
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture real-time content, customer testimonials, and dealership events 
• Manage and optimize ABC/Google Business listings for all dealership locations, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and engagement
