What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Specialist position at Action Tire Co.?
We are essential workers that get paid weekly! Work will take place in an office setting. Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
We are looking for someone with an associate degree or equivalent in work experience.
Working knowledge of Excel (basic formulas and desire to learn)
· Reviewing and correcting day to day sales activities
· Working in a team environment to support our sales locations
· Strong organizational skills
· Bookkeeping skills are a plus.

- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Additional duties and responsibilities are implied with this job description, such as answering the main phone line, copying, filing, and assisting with any problems that may arise.
- Square up discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required
- Aid Accounts Payable: A/P invoice matching & filing, vendor invoices and disbursement filing
- Contribute to Accounts Receivable: help with collection of past due balance, process daily invoices/credit, and apply cash receipt
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
