Job Overview
Part time janitor needed. Early morning hours from 6:00am-9:00am. Dependability is a must. You will need to have reliable transportation as well. This is a subcontractor position so you would have to fill out a W-9 form. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks at a commercial facility, ensuring high standards of sanitation and safety are met at all times. Your proactive approach and commitment to quality will help create a positive experience for everyone who enters our spaces.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, buffing floors, restroom cleaning and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Handle cleaning equipment such as floor buffers with proper safety procedures
- Maintain dependability and attention to detail.
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial cleaning tools is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards is essential
- Excellent customer service skills are beneficial for interacting professionally with clients or building occupants.
