- Evaluate clients alongside therapists, physicians, and caregivers
- Recommend and configure custom manual, power mobility, and seating systems
- Deliver, fit, and adjust equipment to ensure optimal outcomes
- Build and maintain referral relationships across clinics, hospitals, and providers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clean documentation and proper reimbursement
- Train and guide technicians on setup, delivery, and adjustments
- Provide follow-up care to ensure long-term success for clients
What We’re Looking For
Required (No Exceptions)
- Active RESNA ATP Certification
- Direct Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) experience
- Experience with:
- Custom manual wheelchairs
- Group 3 power mobility
- Seating and positioning systems
- Proven ability to work with therapists, physicians, and caregivers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Existing referral relationships in Arkansas / surrounding markets
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and private payer documentation
- Strong understanding of CRT documentation requirements and workflows
- Experience growing a territory or book of business
