The ideal candidate will have experience in home improvement or roofing marketing, with proven success in managing paid media, tracking ROI, and driving qualified lead generation. Experience with multi-location marketing and CRMs such as ServiceTitan is highly preferred.

• Develop and oversee the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead and execute campaigns across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
• Manage and optimize PPC accounts, display advertising, and media buying to maximize ROAS.
• Create and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and increase online visibility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or home improvement.
• Proven experience with PPC management, media buying, SEO, and performance analytics.
• Strong understanding of ROAS and lead-generation metrics.
• Experience with multi-location marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with home service CRMs such as ServiceTitan.
• Exceptional creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing content creation and social media marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, or similar tools.
