Action Roofing is growing and looking for a high-performing Residential Roofing Sales Representative to join our team in Stuart, FL. This is a full-time opportunity with uncapped earning potential, strong company support, and a clear path for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and assess damage or replacement needs
• Present roofing solutions and close sales in a consultative manner
• Manage leads and follow up consistently to maximize close rates
• Build trust with customers and deliver a high-quality experience
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Track sales activity and pipeline in CRM
• Stay informed on products, pricing, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
• Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Hunter mentality with a competitive drive to win
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
