Action Roofing is expanding in the Tampa market and looking for driven Sales Representatives to join our team. Our top reps earn $150K–$200K annually through uncapped commissions, bonuses, and growth incentives.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new roofing sales through leads, referrals, canvassing, and networking
- Meet with homeowners to perform inspections and present roofing solutions
- Educate customers on insurance claims, product options, and project timelines
- Build lasting client relationships while representing Action Roofing’s brand and values
- Work closely with project managers and office staff to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- A motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to succeed
- Sales experience preferred (construction, roofing, home improvement a plus)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally in the Tampa area
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed to meet homeowners’ schedules
