We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Order Picker Operators to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick tickets
- Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment
- Perform quality checks on items before shipment
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and reading skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
