Our technicians are trained to install and repair durable home medical equipment while providing superb customer service to our clients.
Job Summary:
- Install and service durable home medical equipment (power mobility: scooters, wheelchairs, lifts, beds, etc.).
- Provide education to clients on the familiarity of home medical equipment.
- Maintain inventory of supplies to effectively and efficiently complete the daily jobs.
- Safely drive and maintain the company vehicle.
- Comply with company policy and procedure.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Assist other service technicians/ warehouse members as needed.
Requirements:
- Enjoy interacting with the elderly and pediatric population.
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standings
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Ability to use power tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with low voltages, switches, and controls is a plus.
- Effective interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Following all safety precautions as stated in the OSHA standard for safe operation of all equipment.
