- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicate to customers the status of their order
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
- Be able to read and understand the electronic parts catalog
- Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers
- Look up parts requested using electronic parts catalog
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders as necessary
- Assist in the collection of payments from customers
- Process all invoices and paperwork daily
- Complete all orders accurately and efficiently
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Above average energy level with the ability to work in a competitive sales environment
- Prior parts sales experience required
- Knowledge of internet marketing and sales beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent
