What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Plumber position at Action Plumbing & Heating Inc.?
We are looking for a Plumber with 2 years of experience in the field. We need an individual to deliver exceptional customer service in residential and commercial Plumbing maintenance, repair, installation and/or new construction. As a Plumbing technician, you will diagnose, maintain and repair plumbing systems and lead customers to informed options and confident buying decisions.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or its equivalent
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Excellent customer service orientation and skills to relate to homeowners.
Arrive and be ready to start work by scheduled time
Strong verbal and written communications.

Must be able to perform multiple tasks at a time

Responsibilities
Complete all general Plumbing in-home, maintenance and service calls.
Complete all general Commercial, maintenance and service calls
Know how to establish customer relations and offer the customer solutions.
Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
Work Hours: approximately 8:00am 4:30pm, Mon-Fri, but hours can vary. OT may be necessary, as needed.
