What You'll Be Doing

Your day is hands-on and people-facing. You'll meet customers, find the real problem, explain the right fix, and install plumbing work with confidence. This isn't patchwork for the sake of speed. It's solving issues the right way.

You'll need to be good at sales and customer service because trust matters here. When you recommend work, it needs to come from experience, honesty, and a real desire to help. That's how you win with customers and with this team.

What You'll Earn

You'll work a steady 40 hours a week. Pay is $80,000 to $120,000 per year. On top of that, you'll get training, growth opportunities, leadership opportunities, paid vacation, and health insurance after the probationary period.
