Responsibilities
- Assist with pipe installation, pipe threading, and fitting assembly on various residential sites
- Support senior plumbers in plumbing system maintenance and repair tasks
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks efficiently and precisely
- Follow all safety protocols, including power tool safety and safety standards
- Participate in remodeling projects by installing or upgrading plumbing systems according to city codes
- Maintain a clean work environment, organize tools, and ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
Experience
- Basic plumbing experience or familiarity with residential sites preferred
- Hands-on experience with plumbing or related mechanical work is a plus
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics
- Experience with welding, pipe threading, or handyman tasks is advantageous
- Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of plumbing systems and building codes
- Ability to perform basic math calculations relevant to measurements and material estimations
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
