We are seeking strong, reliable leaders to join our team as Warehouse Line Leaders at a busy local manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding, training, and motivating a team of 8–30 team members on the assembly and order fulfillment departments. Your primary goal is to ensure smooth workflow, high productivity, and consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations on the assembly line

Keep work moving efficiently and safely throughout each shift

Motivate team members and maintain high morale

Provide hands-on training and additional support as needed

Monitor performance and help maintain production goals

Communicate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues quickly
Requirements:
