Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for a variety of positions.
- Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with applicants and employees.
- Communicate with clients to understand staffing needs and provide hiring updates.
- Coordinate interviews, job offers, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate applicant records in the applicant tracking system.
- Conduct reference checks and employment verifications as needed.
- Follow up with employees and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting sources to attract qualified candidates.
- Meet recruiting and placement goals while providing outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
