Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Manage patient records and update information as needed
- Handle basic administrative duties (filing, data entry, payments)
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist practitioners with day-to-day office flow
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (scheduling systems a plus)
- Previous front desk or medical office experience preferred, but not required
