Action-Pak Inc. is hiring a Fulfillment Associate. This is a fulltime position that will work both in the Fulfillment Center and in Shipping & Receiving to ship orders. A Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by filling an order accurately and timely. This individual must schedule the output of the area in order to achieve department goals on a daily basis.

Job Requirements
- Receives customer orders via computerized system
- Organizes orders to ensure that deadlines are met
- Picks items on orders
- Packages orders to protect product
- Creates labels for shipping and ensures timely delivery schedule
- Takes orders to the shipping department so that carriers may accept custody and begin the shipping to delivery process
- Manages inventory by tracking items so that they may be replenished on a timely basis
- Creates placards for inventory so that it is identifiable in warehouse
- Schedule trucks on behalf customers to large retailers
- All other duties as directed by management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School diploma or GEd
- Good communication skills, orally and written
- Ability to operate online system to process orders and generate labels
- Quality and detail oriented
Physical Requirements
- Able lift up to 30lbs
- Ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout the standard workday
