The successful candidate will also consistently achieve performance metrics and safeguard the business's financial assets.

Responsible for the Following Results:

  • Manufacturer Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with Representatives, achieving expected performance standards.
  • Asset Management: Maintain a competitively positioned, clean, safe, secure, and environmentally responsible facility within budgetary guidelines and fully comply with all internal, brand, manufacturer, and regulatory standards.
  • People Management: Cultivate a competent, motivated, and stable staff of automotive professionals.
  • Financial Management: Consistently achieve performance metrics and protect the business's financial assets.
  • Customer Relations: Build a superior reputation among customers and the community, fostering a loyal and growing owner base.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree or at least 5 years of automotive management experience.
  • Proficiency in automotive systems like Dealertrack, Reynolds and Reynolds, Auto, Vin Solutions, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills, including leading outstanding customer service and high employee engagement programs and systems.
  • A proven track record of creating a safe and positive work climate that empowers employees to excel and grow.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

As part of the role, the General Manager will be expected to provide a comprehensive written plan on how they intend to drive Action Nissan's team's performance into the future.
