This team member is responsible for all surface prep/finishing including sanding, cleaning, deburring and painting.
JOB REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Experience in surface preparations for metals.
- Knowledge of 2 part paint (product & catalyst) mixing ratios.
- Ability to work well without constant direct supervision.
- Respirator Fit Test Certification.
- Respirator Physical Certification.
Candidates must prove proficiency by completing a written and practical skills assessment to be considered for this position.
