- Leasing & Marketing: Show vacant units, process applications, screen potential tenants, and execute lease agreements. [1, 2, 3]
- Tenant Relations: Manage move-ins/move-outs, resolve tenant complaints, and enforce community rules and lease provisions. [1, 2]
- Financial Administration: Collect monthly rent, manage late fees, handle security deposits, and assist with property budgets and financial reporting. [1, 2, 3]
- Maintenance & Operations: Conduct regular property inspections, coordinate with vendors, and oversee on-site maintenance staff to ensure work orders are completed promptly. [1, 2, 3]
Requirements & Skills
