Action Mailing is seeking an experienced Sheetfed Press Operator to run and maintain our Komori Lithrone 28 5-color & coater press on our 1st shift. This role is responsible for producing high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced production environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining strict quality standards.

- Set up, operate, and monitor a sheetfed Komori Lithrone 28 5-color & coater press.
- Review job tickets and ensure proper setup (stock, ink, coatings, etc.)
- Maintain color consistency and quality throughout production runs
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment
- Inspect printed materials to ensure they meet quality standards
- Work closely with prepress and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet production deadlines while minimizing waste
- 2 years of experience operating a sheetfed offset press (Komori preferred)
- Strong understanding of color matching and print quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specs
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Experience in a commercial printing or mailing environment
- Familiarity with bindery or finishing processes
- Experience working in a high-volume production setting
