Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to support multiple Ollie’s warehouse operations in the York, PA area.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have strong warehouse leadership experience, and be comfortable managing employees across a fast-paced operation. This role offers a clear path to management for someone who demonstrates strong leadership, reliability, and operational performance.
Candidates must be available to complete approximately two weeks to one month of required training in Texas before transitioning into the York operation.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations and employees
Provide direction, coaching, and support to warehouse team members
Communicate effectively with employees in both English and Spanish
Monitor productivity, attendance, quality, and safety performance
Coordinate workflow across multiple Ollie’s operations
Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are followed
Address operational issues and employee concerns
Maintain accurate reports and communicate updates to management
Support staffing, training, and employee development
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment
Qualifications
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required
Strong communication and team-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attendance, dependability, and follow-through
Comfortable working a flexible Monday-through-Friday schedule
Willing and able to travel to Texas for two weeks to one month of required training
Experience overseeing multiple departments or warehouse operations preferred
