What you’ll do

- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Implement process improvements utilizing Lean methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with transportation management teams to optimize fleet management and logistics planning.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Analyze supply chain analytics to identify trends and drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or operations management with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation planning.
- Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Familiarity with production planning, materials management, purchasing, and procurement processes.
- Experience with freight operations, dispatching, shipping & receiving practices.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
