Job Summary:
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is needed in Farmville and Greenville to provide services to home care patients in their place of residence.
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented CNA to provide direct patient care, assist with personal hygiene, and perform light housekeeping duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care as assigned
- Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, shaving, hair care, mouth care, and other daily living tasks
- Administer basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising registered nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech therapist
- Perform light housekeeping duties as assigned
- Participate as a team member to ensure high-quality healthcare
Requirements:
- Must have a sympathetic attitude toward caring for the sick
- Must be willing to accept assignments based on availability and caseload
- Travel may be necessary within a specified area
The Certified Nursing Aide will spend most of their time involved in direct patient care within the client's place of residence, which may vary in accessibility from one client to another. The CNA will deal with a variety of patient disorders and family environments.
