Action Group Staffing is assisting a client in their search for a Construction Services Project Accountant Muskogee, OK. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting or equivalent experience PLUS job costing analysis and AIA billing experience.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of job cost accounting principles and AIA billing
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Handle AIA Billing
- Provide Project Accounting Services as requested by the client
- Utilize job cost accounting principles
- Process weekly invoices
- Perform weekly analysis of project budgets
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and customers regarding billing matters
- Create and process change orders
- Coordinate with banks, investors, and customers for construction draws
- Create financial reports
Coordinate with PMs and Superintendents regarding billing and budgeting matters
