Overview:
Action Graphics is hiring a Screen Printer who can set up and run presses or who can learn quickly. Experience is preferred, but reliability, attention to detail, and teachability matter most. Hours vary based on workload, but we aim for 30–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and/or automatic presses
- Burn/reclaim screens, mix inks, align registration
- Inspect prints for accuracy and consistency
- Troubleshoot print issues and meet production timelines
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Work with the team to maintain an efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Screen printing experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to lift 30 lbs and work on your feet
- Teachable and willing to learn new processes
- Employment is contingent upon passing a standard background check
Nice to Have:
- Automatic press experience
- Knowledge of embroidery, vinyl, or heat press
- Leadership/training experience in a shop
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Hours vary by production volume (typically 30–40 hrs/week)
