We are currently seeking an highly experienced & skilled WET POUR Shoring Foreman to oversee our Shoring operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of shoring projects.
- Supervise and direct crew members, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Interpret project drawings and specifications to ensure proper installation of shoring.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Conduct safety inspections and address any issues to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Train and mentor shoring crew members on proper techniques and safety practices.
- Resolve on-site issues and adjust schedules as needed to meet project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as a superintendent or foreman in Shoring.
- Proven expertise in swing shoring operations and installation.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed
