The successful candidate will need experience, knowledge, abilities and skills in some the following disciplines:
1. Windows 11 setup, upgrades, maintenance, use and repair.
2. Windows Server 2016-2025 AD/Domain physical and Hyper-V knowledge.
3. General network systems including Switches, Routers, IDS/IPS, Routing, Firewall Management.
4. Providing excellent end user support.
5. Hardware/Software systems diagnostics, patching and upgrades.
6. Security Risk Management (HIPAA/PCI) knowledge.
7. Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities!
8. Familiar with RMM tools and CRM i.e. Connectwise Manage
9. Ability to execute well and finish strong.
10. Experience with Medical/Dental Practice Management Software and Hardware a plus!
11. Ubiquity WiFi AP's and Controllers
12. Video Surveillance
13. VoIP Phones
Support Analyst starting compensation is $20-$26/hr. Performance based raises and bonuses for expanding your skills, knowledge and productivity. Wage depends on meeting personal training achievement & production goals, delivering value everyday, and always acting in the best interest of the client.
Reliable transportation is required. Ability to lift 40 lbs. Pass a background check and drug test. Local gym membership, basic health care maintenance, Simple Plan retirement with Company Match, Vacation earned after 90 day mandatory probationary period. Flexible work schedule.
