What You'll Do:
- Assist the Manager in coordinating daily operations to be a profitable location.
- Process loan applications and payments
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support collections and loan renewals
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and good phone etiquette.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills
- Prior customer service or finance experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
