We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Job Description
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a project involving multiple projects and subcontractors. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all project activities from start to finish. The position requires a candidate with experience in the commercial construction industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all project management activities, including:
- Managing subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality service is provided
- Managing project schedule and resources to ensure efficient operations
- Managing risk and cost issues to ensure projects are profitable
- Working with third-party vendors to ensure quality service is provided
- Maintaining project files and records in electronic format
- Preparing monthly reports on progress for the management team
- Coordinating with internal staff, including but not limited to: engineers, architects, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Preparing proposals for internal review by the management team
- Preparing weekly reports for the senior management team on progress made thus far, as well as any issues or concerns identified.

- Other duties as assigned (e.g., travel)
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A college degree is preferred but not required. A high school diploma is acceptable for entry-level positions. Previous experience in construction management or other related fields. Familiarity with construction management software. Strong leadership qualities. Strong negotiation skills. Deadline and detail-oriented

Pay: $65,238.21 - $76,340.63 per year
