Candidates are required to have BCBA licensure (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and a Master's Degree for this role

Relocation Provided: to Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Minnesota, Illinois, Colorado, Pennsylvania, or Indiana.

Compensation Package: from $80,000 to $117,000 annually. *Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s, supervision of assigned trainees, and your role as a BCBA, Sr. BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Director, Regional Clinical Director, Group Clinical Director, and on. Work Life:

• Continuing Education: A minimum of 10 free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Requirements

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
• Master's Degree is required
