This executive leadership role will oversee all aspects of operations, financial performance, business development, and team leadership while driving alignment with NexCore’s enterprise strategy and long-term growth initiatives.
What You’ll Lead:

What We’re Looking For:
10 years of executive leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or related industries
Proven success driving profitability and operational growth
Strong strategic, financial, and organizational leadership skills
Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
Bachelor’s degree required | MBA preferred
