- Evaluation / Re-Admission: $80.00
- Routine Visit: $70.00

What You Need:
- Licensure: Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) License.
- Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
Salary : $70 - $110
