What You’ll Do:
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.
- Care Plans: Implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
- Timely Documentation: Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently.
- PT Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising PT.
What You Need:
- Licensure: Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.
- Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
