Territory: We are now expanding our high-quality care throughout Palm Beach County, hiring skilled PTAs to join our team. This position covers our South Palm Beach Zone, including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy treatments to geriatric patients in their homes.
• Implement treatment plans as established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment clearly and accurately.
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with the supervising PT regarding patient status.
  
  
  

Compensation (1099 / PRN):

• Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per visit

What You Need:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Physical Therapy Assistant Home Health: 1 year (Preferred)
• Kinnser/WellSky experience is a plus.
