Territory: We are now expanding our high-quality care throughout Palm Beach County, hiring skilled PTAs to join our team. This position covers our North Palm Beach Zone, including Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy treatments to geriatric patients in their homes.
• Implement treatment plans as established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment clearly and accurately.
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with the supervising PT regarding patient status.
  
  
  

Compensation (1099 / PRN):

• Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per visit

What You Need:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Physical Therapy Assistant Home Health: 1 year (Preferred)
• Kinnser/WellSky experience is a plus.
