- Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate
- Current CPR Certification Card
- Health Physical and PPD (Chest X-ray).
- Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA)
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Professional Liability Insurance (If needed, we can help you get this at low cost).
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.
- Status: 1099 Contractor.
- Shifts: Days, nights, and weekends available.
