At Actify, primary BCBAs handle case ownership and administrative demands, allowing co-consulting BCBAs to concentrate on direct clinical oversight, team support, and quality of care.
Position Overview
This is a supplemental, in-person clinical role supporting existing cases. The BCBA in this position will:
- Provide in-person supervision for approximately 25% of assigned cases
- Conduct 1 hour per month of parent training per case
- Support treatment integrity and clinical quality through in-person presence
- No primary responsibility for treatment plan ownership, report writing, or case management
- Focus purely on clinical impact, not admin
- No primary caseload responsibility
