Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Content Acquisition Manager (Casting), located in New York, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will manage the acquisition of high-quality content, with a particular focus on talent casting and relationship building. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content strategies, sourcing and negotiating contracts with creators and partners, managing content pipelines, maintaining strong client and account relationships, and ensuring seamless content integration.
Qualifications
- Experience with Content Acquisitions and Acquisitions processes
- Proven ability in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Content Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the media, entertainment, or digital content industry
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
- Previous experience in casting or talent content acquisition is a valuable asset
