Compensation/Position details:
· Competitive starting rate of $15.00 per hour with paid training. New hires will be evaluated for an increase after 6 months upon achieving quality and productivity goals*

Current available shifts:
- 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM with Off Days: Sunday and Monday
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with Off Days: Friday and Saturday
- Position start date: Monday, April 1, 2024
Additional job details:
Actec provides full-service contact center support, with a proprietary system built specifically for FNOL intake. We specialize in all lines of coverage with an array of tools and services available to configure intake. Our contact center is open 24/7/365, and utilizes state-of-the-art voice over IP Avaya call management technology.
· Work from home option available after 90 day probationary period
· Work site location is 5665 New Northside Drive, Suite 400, Atlanta, GA 30328, 1 mile from I-75 and I-285*
· We are seeking to fill positions immediately
Job Requirements:
- Pass a drug test
- Have valid ID and social security card
- Pass proficiency test
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have a warm and professional voice tone
- Have a dependable vehicle for transportation.
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience **call center experience preferred**
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary: Starting pay $15.00 with pay increase after 6 months.
