Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within various systems
- Process entries efficiently while ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools to create reports, manage pivot tables, and analyze information.
- Perform data collection, transcription, and filing tasks to support administrative functions
- Assist with general clerical duties such as organizing files, managing paperwork, and supporting office operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow
