Job Title: Water Resources Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager for our Water/Wastewater Department. The role involves providing design, engineering, and technical services related to water and wastewater projects. As a key member of the project design and delivery team, you will be responsible for Building Information Modeling (BIM) related to treatment plant process piping and related design and coordination. You will develop construction drawings using Revit and coordinate with various disciplines. This position is vital for working on prominent water, wastewater, and pump station projects in the Central Ohio region, offering resilient and sustainable designs to repair aging infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Utilize BIM software for process piping design for new and existing treatment plants.
• Work in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating with project teams including junior to senior-level technical staff, BIM/CAD designers, subcontractors, and teaming partners.
• Take direction on project objectives for multiple projects and arrange workflow and priorities accordingly.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in water resource engineering and civil engineering.
• Proficiency in BIM and Revit software.
• Experience in wastewater design and Civil 3D.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering preferred; Mechanical or Chemical Engineering based on experience.
• 5 years of design engineering experience on water and wastewater plant projects or with process piping design.
• PE preferred; EIT may be acceptable if preparing to take the PE exam soon.
• Experience in water/wastewater plant process design, including pump stations and mechanical components.
• Industrial process experience is also accepted.
• Capability in developing construction drawings.
• Revit software proficiency preferred, with a strong understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

The work environment is in-office with hybrid schedules available, offering flexibility to qualified candidates who need sponsorship.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
