🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform accurate, high-volume blood draws using straight & butterfly needles
• Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling
• Provide a calm, professional experience for patients
• Process specimens according to clinical standards
• Document all procedures in the EMR system
• Assist with clinical and administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent patient care

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Phlebotomy experience or strong willingness to learn
• Ability to perform 25–30 draws daily with accuracy
• Comfort working in an EMR system
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (not required)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
• Commitment to working every scheduled weekend shift

⏰ Schedule Options (Weekend Commitment Required)

• Option 1: Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Option 2:
  • Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Sunday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

✅ Additional Hours Available: Pick up weekday shifts based on availability

🧠 Training Provided:

• First 3 weeks | Monday–Friday
• Between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, MA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
