Triage Medical Assistant

Actalent is looking for a triage medical assistant located in Frisco! If you have call center experience or medical receptionist experience, please read below.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Transcribe dictated material, producing an average of at least 138 lines per hour
• Meet established production standards while maintaining an error rate of 3% or less
• Edit reports within the transcription system
• Queue and transcribe all requests for STAT transcription as needed
• Chart transcribed reports once per shift
• Log, print, and maintain transcription reports
• Maintain the HIPPA
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule

Qualifications:

• Call center experience preferred
• Medical receptionist experience
• Willing to do telephonic work

This is a Contract position based out of Frisco, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
