We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead the construction and renovation of restaurant projects across the United States. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple job sites
• Manage subcontractors, labor, and project resources to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Enforce and maintain strict job site safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide administrative and technical management of construction and maintenance projects
• Monitor project schedules and quality standards to ensure timely delivery
• Interpret plans, specifications, and project documents accurately

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience
• Proficiency in concrete, framing, and finish carpentry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, and team members
• Familiarity with construction software and basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to legally work in the U.S.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide
• Strong attention to safety protocols and job site compliance
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow construction documents and instructions
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Commercial construction and construction management experience
• Experience working with general contractors
• Background in restaurant or retail construction (e.g., steakhouse, casual dining, new builds)
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grapevine, TX.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $53.00/hr.
