We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead the construction and renovation of restaurant projects across the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple job sites
- Manage subcontractors, labor, and project resources to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Enforce and maintain strict job site safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide administrative and technical management of construction and maintenance projects
- Monitor project schedules and quality standards to ensure timely delivery
- Interpret plans, specifications, and project documents accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience
- Proficiency in concrete, framing, and finish carpentry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, and team members
- Familiarity with construction software and basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to legally work in the U.S.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide
- Strong attention to safety protocols and job site compliance
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow construction documents and instructions
- Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Commercial construction and construction management experience
- Experience working with general contractors
- Background in restaurant or retail construction (e.g., steakhouse, casual dining, new builds)
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $53.00/hr.
