We’re seeking a hands-on Construction Project Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced, high-spec environments and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget. What You’ll Do
You will be the on-site leader responsible for driving execution, aligning teams, and ensuring every aspect of the build meets the highest standards.
- Lead and promote a strong safety culture across all jobsite activities
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate overall project workflow
- Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers for safety, quality, and compliance
- Develop and execute work plans for trades and self-perform work
- Run daily huddles, weekly trade meetings, and project progress meetings
- Partner with the Project Manager to build and maintain project schedules
- Track budgets, monitor costs, and drive productivity using project systems
- Maintain control of the jobsite, including logistics, materials, and equipment
- Communicate key updates to stakeholders, clients, and authorities
- Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and reporting logs
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and contract requirements
- Support project closeout, turnover, and final documentation
- Assist with preconstruction planning, staffing, and project setup
- Participate in subcontractor buyouts and ongoing vendor management
- Identify and develop strong field talent for current and future projects
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in construction supervision or project management
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Experience working with scheduling and project management software
- Solid understanding of budget tracking and cost control practices
- Familiarity with MEP systems and coordination
Preferred Experience
- Background in advanced technology or semiconductor projects
- Experience with cleanroom construction environments
- Working knowledge of Lean construction principles
- Strong understanding of trade scopes and sequencing

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ballston Spa, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
