What You’ll Do:
- Lead on-site construction operations from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and labor to keep projects on track.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance through regular site inspections.
- Perform hands-on carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, repairs, and miscellaneous metal work.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Communicate clearly with clients, crews, and stakeholders.
- Champion safety protocols and foster a culture of accountability on-site.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to field teams.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects.
- Strong carpentry skills and a willingness to work alongside your crew.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Procore is a plus.
- Certifications in carpentry or construction supervision are beneficial.

This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
