Test Technician II Lynnwood, Washington, USA Manufacturing, Mechanical, & Electrical 30 USD - 36 USD/hour Job Title: Test Technician II - Secret Clearance Job Description This role is responsible for the inspection and testing required to identify bugs, breaks, or failures in products. The position involves using test plans, cases, reports, and defect logs to execute test cases, report defects, and ensure the product functions as designed. Responsibilities Achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on the project team. Work independently on larger, moderately complex projects and assignments. Assist other technical staff with tasks and assignments as needed. Address somewhat complex technical issues and problems using internal best practices and collaboration with colleagues. Develop solutions to technical problems requiring depth of technical knowledge but limited in complexity. Communicate effectively with colleagues across multiple areas, including project managers and other technical resources. Explain technical solutions, practices, and procedures to others within the organization. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in HALT/HASS testing (vibration, stress, shock, thermal). Experience in test procedure development, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Secret security clearance required. Working knowledge of standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques of the technical domain. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in acoustic device testing. Experience in the maritime industry is nice to have. Typically requires a BS degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. Work Environment The role involves a mix between lab and office environments, with testing conducted at a nearby lab.
