Technology Services Senior Designer

Role Summary

As a Technology Services Senior Designer, you’ll help empower clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, protect global environments, and create a better, greener future.

In this role, you will:

• Convert system design concepts into detailed layouts using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Interpret basis-of-design documents, user input, consultant coordination, field surveys, and code research.
• Lead ICT design efforts across healthcare, higher education, and scientific environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-performance technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience designing Information Communications Technology (ICT) systems in a built environment, building technology, or electrical consulting firm.
• Proven experience leading ICT design projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of ICT systems and infrastructure, including budgets, capabilities, and options.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of building systems spatial requirements and design coordination.
• RCDD certification (supported but not required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive both independently and within team environments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $72.12/hr.
