Job Description
The Maintenance Documentation Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team. This position ensures accurate documentation, efficient communication, and effective planning to maintain operational excellence across facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Create and standardize maintenance procedure documentation.
- Ensure accurate documentation and efficient communication within the maintenance team.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team by maintaining operational excellence across facilities and equipment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Maximo, CMMS, and maintenance planning software.
- Experience in technical writing and document control.
- Ability to create and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to consolidate documentations and create standard operating procedures.
Work Environment
This position involves working both at a desk and within a manufacturing environment. The role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity lasting 12-24 months, with negotiable PTO and holiday benefits.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
